EDITORIAL STANDARDS

Useful guidance, clearly qualified

How we handle project material, changing rules and the difference between a promise and something a buyer can verify.

Official and first-hand sources first

We prefer official project material, government and regulatory sources—including LTA, Malaysia Inland Revenue, MOTAC, the Malaysian Bar and LPPEH—and direct on-site checks. Public listings may help identify questions, but they are not treated as proof of a completed transaction, achieved rent or unit availability.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee safety, travel time, eligibility, residency, returns, appreciation or future availability. Buyers should verify the actual unit, route, management rules, costs and legal position.

Clear dates and corrections

Time-sensitive information should carry a review date and be updated when reliable new evidence is available. Last editorial review: 31 October 2026.
